This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and MW99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). • Report any suspicious activity to the MW99 support team immediately.

MW99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential, unless it is proven that such failure was caused by negligence on the part of MW99.

MW99 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to make your transactions easy. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

General Bonus Terms:

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus has different rollover requirements (minimum wagering), typically ranging from 5x to 30x the value of the bonus received.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the stated period (typically 7 to 30 days). Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is allowed at a time, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

MW99 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through promotion abuse, the use of multiple accounts, or any action deemed an attempt to exploit our bonus system. MW99's decision in such matters is final.

Using the MW99 platform for the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate account closure:

• Money Laundering: Using the MW99 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained illegally.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Using software, scripts, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Misrepresentation: Playing on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account.
• VPN Usage: Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions or conceal your actual location.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors for unfair advantage.
• Multiple Account Opening: Registering more than one account with the same or different information to claim bonuses multiple times.

MW99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
• False or inaccurate registration details.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.

Alternatively, members may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the MW99 support team. If there is an outstanding balance, the standard withdrawal process will be followed once all required checks have been completed.

For self-exclusion requests made on responsible gaming grounds, the account will be closed within 24 hours of the request date and cannot be reopened during the designated self-exclusion period.

MW99 strives to provide a continuous and error-free service. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, errors, or technical downtime. MW99 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet service disruption or communication infrastructure failure on the member's end.
• Indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits allegedly arising from use of the platform.
• Third-party content or services linked to or integrated with the MW99 platform.
• Failures or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, or external cyberattacks.

MW99's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim in question.

MW99 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that playing should be a fun and entertaining activity, not a source of financial or emotional stress. To that end, we provide a range of self-control tools accessible directly through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your budget.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum allowable loss amount within a given period.
• Play Time Limit: Set a playtime limit for your daily sessions.
• Self-Pause: Temporarily suspend your account (24 hours to 6 months).
